MCC Nepal welcomes comments, questions, feedback and complaints via the form below.

MCC has contracted with a third-party vendor to establish a global Speak Up Service as an additional channel for reporting Abuses of Power in the workplace. The Speak Up Service provides options for you to report your concern anonymously or using your name through the online platform or hotline. You can also use the QR code (below) to link directly to MCC’s Speak Up Service’s mobile reporting option. To report a concern in your preferred language, you can complete an online report or select a country-specific hotline number from the drop-down options on the Speak Up Service landing page. The hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We take complaints about our staff, partners and projects seriously, particularly as they relate to any violation of MCC’s policies on child protection and safeguarding, sexual violence, and financial transparency.  All complaints submitted through the form below will be reviewed within 48 hours by the Country Representative and Safeguarding Focal Person, will remain confidential, and will be addressed through an appropriate action. Using the Speak Up service above will take complaints to our headquarters in North America.  Comments can be left below with your name/email, or can also be left anonymously (no name or email).  Thank you for helping us maintain the integrity of our programming.
